Laptop shipped late, they bumped up to three day shipping which was nice. Overall, the laptop is great.

Rush assembly was delayed due to a couple hardware conflicts.

I have only used the machine for a short period. it appears to be everything advertised, and so far I am happy with it. I have had zero hardware or software problems so far, and it was mercifully devoid of the "offerware" that chokes many other products. Excuse me but I was disappointed with BOTH games that came free with it, not being a gamer, I was looking forward to these, but I have no interest in "on-line" gaming. THe "Age of Conan" that came with the EGA vid card was especially onerous(not your fault really) , requiring hours of lengthy updating and then requiring a subscription fee to get started...some "free" software that... . So, alas, I haven't gotten a game to try it with yet. I might brake down and get a live acount for the Halo3 ....

Looking for a 64 bit native game ... half life ???

my notebook is still fairly new but nothing but the highest praise for the build and quality....i actually was worried cause machines with the same build outs on M-tech and alienware were either at 3000 or just under

This obviously was not a "plug and play" system which I wasn't aware of. This should be emphasized a little more on your website. After receiving the computer, we were faced with a big bag of "parts" that we had no idea what to do with. Connecting all of the systems together (monitor, tower, speakers, etc.) was a challenge but we managed. Clear instructions about which cord goes where would be a big improvement. Even though this is a quality product, I would not recommend buying from your company unless the person is a "technogeek" or has a lot of knowledge about computers.

I was impressed with my order. It's a great PC and my wife (who's the PC gamer) loves it a lot. From configuring to my wife's PC specs, navigation on your website, all the way til the compute was received was great. Although i can tell, i'm only assuming, that this PC was rushed being put together due to the fact that the video card was not set right onto the slot, also i can see where whoever installed the parts inside did not pay attention to the fact that the video card accidentally depressed one of the RAM clips which caused one (1) RAM stick to dangle from its place....and i know this was not a possibility of movement due to shipping. Also, the SATA cables weren't secured properly to one of the HD (the one that was needed to initiate the OS). Luckily i know how to build a PC so i was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem right away.
As for Tech Support, it was very POOR. the person helping was distracted while talking on the phone with me. I could hear laughter in the background and then he (Tech Support) had to ask me to repeat myself (twice, after several silent no responses....probably due to the fact he was playing around at work....totally unprofessional) without even apologizing for not hearing the first couple of times. I when i asked him confirmation of a certain config, he smart mouthed me and spoke to me as "i should've known since i ordered it". I usually build my PC's but i went on a recommendation from a friend to try CyberPowerPC.

Im happy that i chose Cyberpower PC to purchase my gaming PC.
Nobody out there could even come close to the price with the selections i made to custom
build my PC. I got an intel E8400 duo processor, 750 sli mobo, (2) nvidia 8800gt in SLI, 3 gigs of ram then i added 2 more gigs and upgraded to 64 bit vista. plus got 2 free games, a t-shirt and brief case. this pc plays EVERYTHING on very high settings without a problem, even Crysis ! I paid to have this ready over night and 2 day shipping, everything
was on schedule and my pc arrived packaged very well in perfect condition. I plugged everything in and was using it within minutes. Customer support is great, i did forget to add one of the free games to my order and that was sent out to me right away. i would highly recommend Cyberpower, i dont know anyone that can beat their prices and customer service.
